At present time State and Allen Lounge recycles all of their plastic, glass, paper, cardboard and even our cooking oil. They also have all biodegradable to go items and absolutely NO styrofoam in the restaurant. They have installed low pressure faucets where they can and use uniform shirts made of 100% organic cotton. S&A hopes to become the first Dallas restaurant to be certified green by the GRA. The best part is that they have inspired our employees and patrons to follow greeb suit when they are away from the restaurant.
